आसनसोल:रविवार की रातआसनसोल नॉर्थ पीएस के तहत एमएमयू स्कूल के पास आसनसोल रेलवे गुड्स शेड एरिया के पास कुछ कुख्यात अपराधियों के जमावड़े के बारे में इकट्ठा की गई खुफिया जानकारी के आधार पर, सीपीडीएस टीम, आरपीएफ/आसनसोल ने नॉर्थ पीएस के ड्यूटी ऑफिसर के साथ इसे साझा किया और आसपास के क्षेत्र में एक संयुक्त टीम को इकट्ठा किया सीआईबी के साथ। लगभग 22.05 बजे, संयुक्त टीम ने आसपास के क्षेत्र को घेर लिया और उनमें से 6 (छह) को पकड़ने में सफल रही, जबकि शेष 2-3 अज्ञात खुले मैदान और आसपास के अंधेरे का फायदा उठाकर भागने में सफल रहे।हालांकि, पूछताछ के दौरान उन्होंने अपनी पहचान (1) वासी अहमद@नटका पप्पू (34) पुत्र साबिर अहमद के रूप में बताई है, जो आसनसोल नॉर्थ पीएस के अंतर्गत बाबू तालाब का रहने वाला है। (2) मोहम्मद रेयाज @पठालडीह (48) पुत्र समसुद्दीन रेलपार, ओके रोड (3) मोहम्मद जाफिर @पकोरी (36) पुत्र मोहम्मद नौसाद आजादबस्ती (4) मोहम्मद मकसूद खान उर्फ लल्लू (35) पुत्र/ बाबुतालाब के मंसूर खान (5) मो. सोनू@भोमा,पुत्र: मोहम्मद शौकत,गुलजार मोहल्ला,आसनसोल।इनसे जो असलहे जब्त किए गए,वह है:
(1) एक जिंदा राउंड के साथ भरी हुई एक देशी पिस्तौल
(2) एक 8 मिमी लाइव राउंड
(3) आयरन शाबल लगभग 12″
(4) चाकू 7″
(5) एक रस्सी लगभग 12 फीट
(6) इनके कब्जे से क्रमश: लगभग 12 इंच लम्बाई का एक ड्रैगर बरामद किया गया है। पूछताछ में, उन्होंने खुलासा किया कि वे आसनसोल और धनबाद रेलवे सेक्शन के बीच या रेलवे कॉलोनी क्षेत्र में किसी भी रात चलने वाली ट्रेनों में डकैती करने के लिए इकट्ठे हुए थे। वे आसनसोल स्टेशन से ट्रेन के प्रस्थान के तुरंत बाद इस उद्देश्य के लिए चलती ट्रेनों में सवार हो सकते थे। बरामदगी व इकबालिया बयान के अनुसार बरामद सारा माल मौके पर ही जब्त कर उन्हें गिरफ्तार कर लिया। आईपीसी की धारा 399, 402 और 25/27/35 आर्म्स एक्ट के तहत आसनसोल नॉर्थ पीएस में दर्ज किया गया है। पूछताछ में यह भी स्वीकार किया कि ट्रेनों और स्टेशन क्षेत्र में टीओपीबी के आदतन अपराधी हैं। उनमें से कुछ पर पूर्व में भी जीआरपीएस/आसनसोल मंडल और उत्तरी पुलिस स्टेशन से मुकदमा चलाया गया है। स्वीकारोक्ति और खुफिया जानकारी के अनुसार वे आमतौर पर चलती ट्रेनों में ASN, KMME और DHN स्टेशन से प्रस्थान करने के तुरंत बाद मोबाइल / पर्स आदि छीनने के अपराध करते थे और इन स्टेशनों के बाहरी सिग्नल के पास उतर जाते थे।
